There's no fixed-term commitment and nothing to sign on paper. Joining and cancelling both happen digitally. Every plan continues until you cancel — there's no 12-month term to complete and no cancellation fee to buy your way out of.
You can cancel digitally at any time. Every Founders Presale plan requires 30 days' notice before your next billing date. Your prepaid final cycle will then be applied before your membership ends.
We'll also invite you to leave a couple of minutes of optional feedback. It isn't an attempt to talk you out of leaving — Mike reads every response because he genuinely wants to understand what didn't work and improve it.
The exact cancellation terms are in your membership agreement.
Your first payment covers your first and final billing cycles, with the final cycle held as a deposit. Your second cycle is billed at the normal rate. Your third cycle includes the one-time membership fee in addition to the regular dues. Every cycle after that is billed at the regular flat rate.
Billing occurs every 28 days — 13 cycles per year, not 12. There are no annual maintenance charges or surprise facility-improvement fees. Every amount is listed on the memberships page.
Every membership includes 24/7 access, 365 days a year; the app; a complimentary baseline workout; a body scan; and a free introductory session with a coach. The Founding Member plan also includes every program.

Yes. Founding Family costs $89 every 28 days for a couple. Each additional household member is $29 every 28 days.
There's one account and one payment, and everyone receives the app, a baseline workout, and a body scan.
Yes. The Founding LEO, Military, First Responder & Teacher rate is $39 every 28 days. It includes the same 24/7 access, app, baseline workout, and body scan.
Just bring your qualifying ID when you join — there's no lengthy application.
Yes — for travel, injury, or an extended period away. We'll publish the complete freeze terms here before opening. In the meantime, ask us and we'll explain your options clearly.
Yes. You can switch to online training while you're away and keep your Founding rate. You'll work with the same coaches and receive a written training program and a meal plan designed around it.
Training sessions are paid for according to the payment schedule in your agreement, and you may work with more than one member of our staff. Returned checks carry a $30 fee.

Hours, access & location
Doors open November 23, 2026, with our Grand Opening Party following in December. You'll find it on the community calendar.
The Founders Presale is open now, so you can lock in a Founding rate before the doors open. Until opening day, sign-ups and coaching are available by appointment — call or text us to arrange a time.
Members have 24-hour access every day of the year, beginning on opening day.
Life doesn't always run from nine to five. Nurses, police officers, first responders, and other overnight workers can train whenever their schedules allow — the gym will be here when they need it.

Q Fitness is at 17750 Curry Preserve Drive, Suite 105, Babcock Ranch, FL 33982, directly across from the Babcock Ranch police and fire station.

The gym's after-hours security is designed with exactly that situation in mind. Your phone provides individual access, so there are no shared entry codes. Entries are logged, cameras cover the gym floor, and emergency call points are available if you need help. The Babcock Ranch police and fire station is also directly across the street.
No gym can promise that nothing will ever happen. What we can do is make sure training at 3 a.m. doesn't mean being alone in an unsecured, unwatched room.

The gym is professionally cleaned every day, with cleaning stations available throughout the floor. Staff also inspect the equipment regularly, and anything broken is taken out of service and reported for repair.
If something isn't right, tell us. The owner reads every message.
Training & getting started
No — and the gym is laid out to make sure of it. The left side of the floor is machines and cardio for general and intermediate fitness, so you're never dropped in next to the heaviest lifters on your first day. The plate-loaded free weights are on the right, for more advanced lifters and athletes.
Every membership also includes a free introductory session with a coach, who will show you around, set up your first few sessions, and answer the questions you'd rather not ask in front of anybody. That session exists precisely for this.
No-shows, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before a booked appointment, are charged at the full rate. If you arrive late, we'll train you for the time that's left rather than running into the next person's slot.

Unused credit expires one year from the date you paid it.
Fitness packages have a completion window: a 4-week package allows 5 weeks from your first appointment, and a 12-week package allows 14.
The minimum age, and the rules for supervised under-18 training, will be published here before opening. In the meantime, ask us and we'll give you a straight answer.
